Once your order is received, our team promptly initiates processing, rendering refunds unavailable once this process commences due to the personalized nature of our services. However, if an order was mistakenly placed, customers can contact us within one hour via phone or email for potential adjustments. Notably, our pricing structure considers the entirety of your order package, precluding partial refunds once the business registration process is underway.

When registering a business with a chosen name, it’s the client’s responsibility to ensure the name complies with regulations set by authorities. If a proposed name is rejected, the client must suggest an alternative and allow time for government processing. Another option is to register under a numbered corporate entity.

Pro Registry Inc. Online (accessible at www.proregistry.ca) doesn’t guarantee approval of business names, as it’s at the discretion of government bodies. Consequently, refunds aren’t issued if a name is rejected.

For CRA Accounts and WCB/WSIB/WSB affiliations, customers must provide accurate information promptly. Failure to do so may cause delays or incomplete services, for which Pro Registryt Inc. (www.proregistryt.ca) isn’t liable for refunds.

A refund request is only considered if Pro Registry Inc. (www.proregistry.ca) fails to register the business or fulfill service obligations after receiving all necessary information from the client. If you experience delays or unsatisfactory service, please promptly update your order details.

In instances where Pro Registry Inc. (www.proregistry.ca) is unable to deliver the services or a portion thereof as paid for, customers will qualify for a refund following a review of the order. The refund may be partial or full, contingent upon the extent of completed work. To initiate the refund process, customers must furnish the order number and submit a mandatory email refund request.
